PowerPro Program


PowerPro is an OnForce recognition program highlighting those service professionals who have consistently demonstrated strong performance. To automatically qualify, pros must meet a diverse set of requirements and must maintain their level of excellent service to remain in the program. Designated with a PowerPro insignia, these pros are easy to identify when engaging in the Find a Pro experience or viewing a service profile.

Service pros must meet the following qualifications to become PowerPro:

  • At least 50 work orders completed (at least 20 actual work orders completed with the option to "exchange" work orders with approved certifications to make up the remainder)
  • At least 1 work order closed in the last 90 days
  • A 95% or higher rating
  • Completion of either OnForce Best Practices (experienced service pro) or OnForce Get Started  (new service pro) training
  • Adhere to the "Service Excellence Guidelines"

All service professionals are asked to abide by the Service Excellence Guidelines in order to remain an active member of the OnForce marketplace.  PowerPros have proven themselves to embrace these guidelines.
