Follow-on Routing
Automatic re-routing of an unaccepted work order is known as Follow-on Routing. Each Routing Rule has a field to optionally define a Follow-on Routing Rule. Here are the steps to ensure automatic re-routing of unaccepted work orders:
If a work order is routed using a Routing Rule with a Follow-on Rule defined, and the work order is accepted and subsequently canceled per service pro or unassigned by Market Support, the work order will be automatically re-routed using the Follow-on Rule. When an automatic re-routing takes place, the cancellation email is sent to the buyer indicating the work order has been re-routed. Expired work orders are never automatically re-routed. |
