Buyers can be alerted when their OnForce funds are running low. The buyer can choose the amount in which they are alerted. When the fund balance dips below this set amount, they receive an email reminder to add funds to the account.

Steps to create a Low Balance Alert:

1. Log into the Buyer Command Center
2. Select Manage Funds > Low Balance Alert
3. Enter required fields and select Save Alert

Tip: To have multiple email recipients, enter email address field with a company group name.
