Clarifying Questions

Providers can ask the buyer up to 3 clarifying questions prior to accepting a work order or making a conditional offer. Questions are asked and answered directly through the work order acceptance page. Questions should generally focus on particular issues with the requirements of the work order - specifics around exact expectations, detail enhancement or other information that would help a provider make a decision about accepting the work order or making an offer.
