Service professionals are individuals or companies that complete the services requested through OnForce. Each service pro has a unique identification number (referred to as Tech ID or User ID), a Service Profile detailing their capabilities and interests, and ratings based on the work that they have completed through the platform.

Service pros are not employees of OnForce or the buyers for whom they are providing service - they are independent contractors. In many cases, service pros join as a company and individual technicians may be employees of the Pro Supervisor on an account.
