The Work Order

A work order is a service request that outlines work required, specific tasks and the amount the buyer is willing to pay for the work. When service pros accept a work order, they agree to perform the service as stated by the buyer (and are now contractually bound to do so). Work orders are the primary communication tool between the service pro and the buyer. Updates and requests can be made via work order notes by both parties. Upon completion of the work, the work order also serves as an invoice from the service pro to the buyer.
