If a service pro indicates that they are a company, the first part of the signup process is the creation of a Company Account. Each Company Account has an associated Pro Supervisor, the lead administrator of the OnForce account, and can have up to 20 additional service professionals associated with the account (the additional service pros must be employees or contractors who do most of their work for that Supervisor). Individuals are automatically categorized as the Pro Supervisor in their account.

Canadian Pro Supervisors are given the option to include a GST number and business name when editing the Company Account. If the service pro wishes to charge GST or HST when completing for payment, the GST information must be added to the Company Account.
