OnForce Training Courses


In an effort to ensure that all service pros have a baseline understanding of practices and procedures; OnForce has established educational courses and assessments.  The courses are managed by the OnForce LMS, Learning Management System, are fully integrated into the platform, and are accessed by navigating the Pro Command Center to Resources > Training.

OnForce Get Started
All new service pros must complete the OnForce - Get Started training and pass the accompanying assessment with a score of 90% or better. Upon passing the assessment, the credential is instantly verified and the credential is added to the service profile.  The Get Started course helps service pros understand the basics of the OnForce Marketplace and the Professional Command Center.  For new service pros, once the credential is verified, they can schedule a screening call with the Pro Community Management team as a final step to account activation.

OnForce Best Practices
The OnForce Best Practices course and assessment is available to more experienced service pros to validate their understanding of the OnForce tools and policies to better serve buyers and their customers. Service pros wishing to attain PowerPro status must complete this training.

OnForce Reinstatement
Service pros who wish to reinstate their service profile due to a temporary suspension of their account are required to complete this tutorial and pass the assessment with a score of 100%.

Additional Courses
Some buyers choose to work with the OnForce training team to create required PPN training. These courses introduce the buyer company and review their standard service process.  Look for these additional courses in PPN Invitations by navigating to Marketplace Tools > PPN.

Buyers also create additional courses that pertain to particular project work and may be offered to pros by special invitation, via PPN membership, or these courses may be open to all service pros.  Navigate to Resources > Training within the Pro Command Center to view these additional courses.
