Additional Tech/Assistant


If a service pro wants to bring an additional person to assist with the delivery of a work order, the service pro must get approval from the buyer. Legitimate cases may include those work orders that require heavy lifting of equipment or installation of a large LCD or plasma screen. The service pro is advised to enter a work order note to document the reason for the request as well as the additional person's name (including their OnForce Tech ID, if applicable). When on site, the additional person is subject to all requirements and guidelines as stipulated in the work order.
