PowerPro Qualifying Certs
To be a PowerPro, a service pro must have 20 actual OnForce work
orders completed (not by their organization or someone else in their
organization). The additional 30 work order can either be completed on
the OnForce platform or by having at least 2 approved certifications. Each approved certification can be exchanged for the equivalent of 20 work orders.
For example, if a service pro has 15 work orders complete and 10 approved certifications.
They would not be eligible for PowerPro recognition since they do not
have the required 20 minimum work orders. If a service pro has 24 work
orders complete and a CompTIA A+ certification, they still are not
eligible for PowerPro recognition since they would only have the
equivalent of 44 work orders (24 completed work orders and 1
certification valued at 20 work orders).
If a service pro has 24 work orders completed and CompTIA A+ and Cisco
CCNA certifications, they would qualify for PowerPro recognition (24
work orders and 2 certifications valued at 40 work orders, equalling 64
total work orders) and would receive PowerPro recognition
automatically.
