Circumvention is the practice of acquiring buyers, end users, service pros or service requests through OnForce activities, but completing the work outside of the platform. Service pros who leave individual or company business cards for future service calls are circumventing, as are buyers who contact service pros directly and contract outside of the work order system or hire a service pro full-time.

Circumvention is a major policy violation and may result in temporary or permanent removal from the platform for both the service pro and buyer who engage in such activity.
