The Professional Command Center (PCC) is the primary interface for service pros using the OnForce platform. All account settings, service profiles, work order activities and money transfers are managed through the Professional Command Center. Each company and each individual service pro has a Professional Command Center, although the capabilities vary depending upon the role of the individual. For example, only Pro Supervisors are able to transfer funds, while all service pros can create and edit a Service Profile.
