Creating a Service Profile
In order for a buyer to route work orders to a service pro, the pros must have an active Service Profile, which lists skills and work order preferences. In addition, service technicians can add certifications and other qualifications to enable buyers to make informed decisions about service pros. Service pros will create a Service Profile when they sign up for OnForce, but may be interested in making changes over the lifetime of their interaction with the marketplace. |
