IVR Instructions on PDF

Instructions for the using the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system to update the sub-status of an Accepted work order are located on the service pro page of the PDF version of every work order. The IVR information in the header of the printed work order are as follows:

  1. IVR toll-free number
  2. Work order ID
  3. Access code for that work order
  4. Sub-statuses codes:
  • 100 On Site
  • 110 Job Done
  • 200 Rescheduled
  • 320 Service pro Cancelled
  • 400 Part on Order
  • 900 End User No Show
  • 905 End User Unreachable
  • 920 Site Not Ready
  • 930 Scope Mismatch
  • 940 Spend Limit Increase Needed
