OnForce rewards service pros who refer business to OnForce. Service pros can earn US $25, $125, or $1,025 for each new buyer referred. Here is how the program works.

1. Service pros give prospective buyers (buyers who are not yet signed up with OnForce) their Tech ID to be used as a ‘Referral Code’.
   
2. Buyer must enter the ‘Referral Code’ during buyer sign-up.
   
3. At the end of each calendar month, OnForce will report the work order data for all new buyers that used a referral code and closed their first work order that month. Service pros are paid US $25 per referred new buyer that month (month 1).
   
4. OnForce will continue to track those same new buyers and report at the end of the 3rd month following their 1st closed work order (month 4). Service pros are paid an additional US $100 for each referred buyer that has closed 10 or more work orders or an additional US $1,000 for each buyer that has closed 100 or more work orders.
   
5. Service pros are paid through their Professional Command Center. Funds can then be transferred from their OnForce account into their linked bank account.
